A Polite notice to all Recruitment Agencies

This messages applies to all recruitment consultancies, temporary agencies or search and selection firms looking to represent candidates.

The current vacancies advertised on this website are for the sole purpose of candidates to apply directly. All applications, referrals, or supporting documents (including CVs), must be submitted through our online recruitment system or they will not be recognised as an introduction to Unity Schools Partnership.

Unsolicited and anonymous CV's submitted through this website, or sent to any e-mail contact of any Unity Schools Partnership School, or personal e-mail accounts of Unity Schools Partnership employees, are considered to be the property of Unity Schools Partnership and will not qualify for a fee to be paid. Referral fees will only be payable where an Academy has instructed an Agency for a specific appointment, or, where Terms of Business have been agreed by both parties prior to an engagement.

In line with our commitments to safeguarding, Unity Schools Partnership is unable to work with recruitment agencies where terms and conditions have not been agreed prior to an engagement and the relevant compliance checks carried out. We will not enter any commercial undertaking with any recruitment businesses on the basis of speculatively marketed CVs or telephone calls. Unity Schools Partnership hereby indemnifies itself against any costs, charges, recruitment fees or other liabilities relating to any recruitment business.

This notice shall prevail over any other terms of business or conditions (or similar) put forward by an Agency for the supply of permanent or temporary staff.
