Salary: MPS / UPS (£23,720 - £39,406) +TLR 1 (£9,500)

Location: Haverhill, Suffolk

Contract type: Full time - Flexible working or job share part time considered

We are looking for an exceptional candidate to lead our excellent Maths team at an exciting time in our journey. Maths is a subject area which has experienced real growth. A strong and innovative team, we are seeking our new leader. We would encourage applications from passionate experienced teachers and have the support in place for leaders new in post. With results consistently showing positive progress scores well above national, we are a high performing team.

We use mastery approaches in teaching and learning and are part of a local maths hub project. We also engage in learning platforms such as Hegarty Maths and Timestables Rockstars with great success. Our ambition for success for all learners in maths is very high indeed.

The successful, candidate will be innovative, creative and enthusiastic with a determination to achieve the highest outcomes, have an incisive understanding of teaching and learning and the ability to reflect and challenge.
