We would love you to consider joining our team of over 90 dedicated secondary science specialists who:
1. Collaborate together to work smarter not harder
2. Embrace and promote education research – we work closely with Unity Research School, part of the national Research Schools Network
3. Respond to our own needs, designing our own targeted CPD and support – we work closely with Unity Teaching School Hub who have links to 180 schools in East Anglia
4. Provide enormous opportunities within individual teams, schools and the wider trust
5. Care about our people – we follow the Ethical Leadership Framework in everything we do
6. Have a track record of supporting trainees and NQTs in becoming highly effective teachers
All specialisms considered.
