You will be required to:
- To ensure that all groups of students make outstanding progress
- To develop or contribute to the range of activities and support for all students
Therefore, we are looking for someone who:
- Has experience of teaching Physical Education at Key Stages 3-5
- Has a record of raising attainment of their students
- Has an up to date knowledge of curriculum developments, current education policy and progression routes for PE students.
- Is committed to high standards and ensuring that all groups of students make progress
- Is willing to work flexibly
- Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Is able to solve problems and be proactive
- Has an excellent sense of humour
We are looking to appoint an inspiring teacher to join either our excellent Physical Education team. The post will involve the teaching to age ranges personalised to the strengths of the individual teacher. Therefore we are looking to employ a highly qualified teacher with a record of delivering high quality lessons with excellent student outcomes.
In September 2015 our school moved into an amazing new building. PE is taught in a range of purpose built accommodation, including Sports Hall, Fitness Suite, Gymnasium, Dance Studio, 6 Netball courts, 9 Tennis courts, outdoor swimming pool as well as extensive playing fields. This post offers an excellent opportunity to a colleague at any stage of their career who is passionate about making a difference for our wonderful students.
